What Others Are Saying
"I had a difficult and very long labor and delivery and my amazing doula, Sky Spallone, went above and beyond every step of the way. She pushed herself beyond imaginable means when the labor stretched into 48 straight hours and she never flagged in her support of me and my arriving daughter. Largely because of her, despite very challenging circumstances, I was able to continue with my plan to have a low-intervention vaginal delivery. I know that without her my L&D could have gone extremely differently and I will forever be grateful to her." -Peggy Z.
"Sky was my Pilates teacher all throughout my pregnancy, and my Doula for my elected C-section. Our workouts together always helped to relieve my pregnancy back and neck pains and kept me feeling strong- my surgeon actually commented on how strong my abdominal wall was and how little separation of the rectus abdominals I had during my c-section. She has become a great friend to our family over the years-would recommend 1000x over. She is knowledgable, professional and really cares about her clients."-Roxanna N.
